All About FEE Fitness 21-Day Total Body Toning Program
When Will it Start
The program will release on September 5th with the first workout going live by 5 p.m. Eastern time. Every weekday a new workout will drop by 5 p.m. the following day. If you are a person who works out in the morning, it might work better for you to start on Tuesday, the 6th, and that way every morning Tuesday – Saturday, you will have a new workout.
The other two days (normally Saturday and Sunday) will be for rest and recovery to move as you please. Do some housework, go for a walk, do some yoga, move your body in natural ways.
Where YOU Can Get the 21 Day Fitness Program
My 21 Day Total Body Toning Program will only be available on Domumgym. Signing up is free; if you subscribe, it is $9.99 a month with access to all workouts.
Outside of this program, I post new follow-along workouts at least two times a week, one free and exclusive.
I plan on doing full programs at least once or twice a year, but those are set to be solely exclusive and will alternate between a follow-along format and a written with demonstration format.
What You Need for the Total Body Toning Challenge
You are going to need a variety of weights. These can be dumbbells and/or kettlebells (you’ll see me use both) and resistance bands or loops, as well as hip bands.
Ideally, you want to have lighter weights and be able to work your way up. We will track as we grow in weights, repetitions, time, etc.
21 Day Program FOCUS
The focus of this training program is to build strength, tone our bodies, increase mobility, and build habits and accountability.
Typically, I post follow-along workouts but in this program, I am giving you the tools and you will be flexing your accountability muscles to do your workout from start to finish.
Tracking Your Progress during the Program
Feel free to track your progress here on this post or keep a fitness journal. It doesn’t need to be anything fancy, but we want to track what weights we are using, how we’re feeling, how long a workout might take us, how many rounds we get, and anything else we find noteworthy. Not every day is the same and there are numerous variables that influence the progress in our workouts.
Stay strong, stay focused, and good luck.
