Group Coaching for Women Online Coaching System

1️⃣Daily Workouts

6-week kettlebell progressive training program that prioritizes glute strength, mobility, and kettlebell flow sequences. Each week will progressively increase in intensity, volume, or complexity. Workout 6 days a week with 3 strength days, 2 Mobility and Flow days, 1 conditioning day and 1 active rest day (take a walk, do some yoga, ect.) – 100% online!

2️⃣Train for LIFE

Train to be strong – mentally and physically. Lift weights to function in life, gain confidence in yourself, and increase power and sustainability.

3️⃣Sustainable Nutrition
