Kettlebell CALYPSO Challenge

If you are looking for a way to test your endurance and physical strength, this is it. You don’t need much equipment and just a bit of space, so let’s get right to it with this Kettlebell Calypso Challenge.

Who is Calypso?

Calypso is a story of Greek mythology where the goddess fell Odysseus and trapped him on her island with her. She is depicted of renowned beauty and typically takes on the form of a dolphin.

Calypso enchanted Odysseus to fall in love with her until goddess Athena intervened and the Olympians ordered Calypso to release Odysseus from her spell. She was livid.

Some versions of the tale say her anger turned into heartbreak and she attempted suicide. But, being immortal, she failed and lived forever in pain of her lost love.

What do I Need?

Now, clearly, this workout has nothing to do with the goddess Calypso. The only correlation I can give you is that it will make you feel like an immortal when you beat this beast!

All you need to get started are:

  1. A timer

  2. Light to Medium Kettlebell
